The cost of the Weekend Workshop is $300 if paid in full three weeks prior to the workshop. After this time pay $350. Send $150 to reserve a place in the workshop or pay the full amount. Balance is due 7 days before the start of the workshop.

Lunch, dinners and hotel are not included.

If you have to cancel and do so at least one week before the workshop, all but $100 of your registration fee will be refunded to you. No refunds will be made if: 1) you cancel 7 days or less before the start of the workshop; 2) you do not attend; 3) you do not complete the workshop.

You will receive e-mail confirmation if you provide an e-mail address. You will receive a letter, a map, and hotel information in the mail after we have received your registration fee. Make checks payable to: Carole Kirby, lmsw.
